Over the past 20 years, I've helped my clients double their incomes, find more joy with their spouses, children and friends, buy their dream homes, land their dream jobs and more. I have done this by helping them discover incredible clarity.

Our Story

JMM Consulting, founded by accomplished bilingual leader Jeneen Masih in July 2014, was born out of holding top leadership positions and receiving professional leadership coaching herself. With her diverse professional background, degrees in International Relations and Law, and personal experience with professional coaches, Jeneen developed a coaching approach rooted in self-love and leadership. She helps clients understand their unique attributes and abilities, supporting them in creating clear, simple, and manageable plans to achieve their goals.

Jeneen's commitment to remaining fresh and relevant in her practice is powered by continuous learning, global travel, and engagement with diverse cultures. She also incorporates her passion for the ocean and participation in the Blue Mind Movement into her coaching, encouraging regular retreats to the water. JMM Consulting continues to grow, with new programs planned for those ready to transform their lives.

Founder, CEO, and Coach

Jeneen Masih

Jeneen Masih is the founder and International Leadership Coach of JMM. With a diverse background as a lawyer, CEO, real estate developer, coffee house owner, certified residential electrician, woodworker, and author, she brings extensive experience to her coaching practice. Besides coaching, Jeneen enjoys Mediterranean cooking, blue water sailing, wine tasting in Tuscany, scuba diving in Bonaire, camel riding in Morocco, and surfing in Peru. Based in Alicante, Spain, she spends her free time hiking with her Peagle puppy, Jazzamine, and cherishes meaningful connections with fascinating individuals.

Cathy McGregor

Cathy, an experienced professional in design and technology, joins JMM, bringing her expertise to this vibrant multi-cultural community. As the Director of Training for a renowned global prepress/printing company, she returns to her career after successfully raising two children. Her enthusiasm and skills contribute to JMM's diverse and dynamic environment.

Michael is a data-driven and imaginative product marketing leader passionate about elevating brands to the top of their industries. With a proven track record in marketing and product strategy for Fortune 500 companies and emerging tech firms, he excels at crafting impactful strategies that boost brand equity, drive growth, increase revenue, and enhance customer retention. When Michael is not playing in the marketing space, he enjoys exotic travel, working with live music shows in Austin, TX, preparing artistic and delicious sushi, and water skiing.
